These terms of use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Hirio, Inc., creators of Corner Renovation, which owns and operates the website at www.cornerrenovation.com (the “Website”), and related services offered through the Website (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
20-Year Warranty
Corner Renovation guarantees kitchen cabinets, including hardware, against manufacturer’s defects for 20 years. This warranty covers structural damages but excludes damages from use.
Shipping Damage / Missing Items
Please inspect your shipment at delivery and again after uncrating. If you notice any visible damage to packaging/crates, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt when possible and take photos before opening. For any damage, missing items, or suspected concealed damage, email photos (packaging + labels + affected parts) and a brief description to hello@cornerrenovation.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please retain the original packaging until the claim is resolved. If damage occurred in transit or items are missing, Corner Renovation will repair or replace the affected components at no cost and will cover the shipping for replacements (including expedited shipping, typically air, to minimize delays). This coverage does not apply to damage occurring after delivery (handling, storage, site conditions, or installation), or to claims submitted without documentation.
Order Processing and Delivery
Orders will be processed based on the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Corner Renovation is not liable for delays caused by external factors.
Payments
Invoices are delivered via email with secure payment links provided. Orders will only be processed once the full payment is successfully received.
Custom Designs
Custom cabinetry designs are finalized based on client approval. Once approved, changes may not be accommodated. Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements to ensure a proper fit.
Liability
Corner Renovation is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modifications of our products. Professional installation is recommended to ensure product performance.
